Welcome to STC's "Registration Forms and Information" page. If you are an STC student or the parent/guardian of an STC student then this is where you'll find all the back-to-school/registration forms and information that the district provides online.

Online registration steps for students who are currently enrolled:
Step 1: Navigate to JMC at http://web.jmc.s-tama.k12.ia.us/Parent , select 2016-2017 from the drop down menu, and login. If you need an account for JMC or epay please email Mary Mixdorf at email@example.com or call her at 641-484-3085.
Step 2: Click on “Tuition/Fees”. A summary of fees/fines will appear in the window on the right and the total owed will appear in red next to “Current Balance”.
All textbook fees are based on a student’s socioeconomic status as of June 1, 2016. (Families will need to re-apply for the 2016-2017 school year by completing the “Free & Reduced Lunch Application” found below in the attachment section.)
Elementary textbook fee full price: $45
Elementary textbook fee reduced: $18
Middle School textbook fee full price: $55
Middle School textbook fee reduced price: $22
High School textbook fee full price: $65
High School textbook fee reduced price: $26
Any high school student participating in Band, Color Guard, or Choir will be assessed a cleaning fee for the 2016-2017 school year.

**Activity Ticket Price: $45
Step 3: Pay your account balance and/or deposit funds in to your family lunch account by using e-Funds. e-funds website - CLICK HERE. Please purchase activity tickets at your school office.
Step 4: Complete the following forms (attached below) and return the forms by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
or mail the documents to your child’s school building.
