MICA 7th Grade Dental Sealant Program - March 3-5

posted Mar 2, 2014, 7:24 AM by Web Coordinator   [ updated Mar 2, 2014, 7:25 AM ]

MICA (Mid-Iowa Community Action) will be at the Middle School on March 3-5 to apply dental sealants to permanent teeth of 7th graders. This is a free program and is open to all students. The sealant helps protect permanent teeth from cavities.

Students whose parents haven't already signed the permission slip will bring packets home on Feb. 21. Permission forms need to be returned to the nurse as soon as possible, preferably by Wednesday, February 26th. If you have questions about the sealants call Theresa Walton, school nurse, at the middle school (641-484-4121) in the mornings or at the high school (641-484-4345) after 1 pm.

If you didn't get a form you can get one at the following links.
