Through a well-developed and well-planned interscholastic activity program the South Tama County Schools strike to develop the "whole" individual person. Some of the traits that can be effectively developed by a good activity program are courage, loyalty, teamwork, cooperation, dependability, person discipline, and dedication to a task, pride, and the ability to function under pressure.
